Optima is the leading web-based case management software for CASA programs. Optima allows you as Volunteer Advocates to directly access the same database as your Advocacy Coordinators. Because it is web-based, you will have secure access to your case information online from anywhere AND you will have an easy and efficient way to report case activity, notes, and documentation directly into Optima.
